You will receive a suite of personalized services that are fit for our Gold couple. Our professional wedding consultants work diligently with you to ensure that every detail you can imagine is carefully attended to.
The Gold Wedding Package includes all the details below along with wedding detail options until we have created your dreams wedding to the last detail!
Pre-Wedding Activities
Initial consultation with bride and groom to determine dreams and expectations
Planning sessions per month
Unlimited number of telephone or e-mail planning sessions
Plan Dιcor for wedding and reception wants and needs with you (we provide many of the needed wedding dιcor items but additional items may need to be purchased such as for one time use items and specific color or themes)
Design ceremony and reception room layouts
Wedding Program design and preparation
Provide etiquette guidance when requested
Vendor referrals
Attend vendors meeting with the couple
Confirm wedding day vendors
Follow-up with vendors on any changes of wedding plans and details
Assist with the selection of decorating rentals
Create and maintain monthly task list
Prepare a timeline of events for the ceremony and reception
Keep an updated list of all guests attending (if needed)
Wedding budget management
Develop wedding day itinerary for the couple, wedding party, family, and vendors
Deliver the engagement and wedding announcements to the newspaper companies of couple's choice (actual announcement costs to be paid by client)
Arrange accommodations for out-of-town guests including hotel blocks and up to two hotels
Assist with compilation of party favors for guests and arrange them as requested.
Assist with compilation of guest gift bags or baskets.
Deliver welcome baskets for out-of-town guests to hotels on wedding day.
Assist with Bridal portrait and of the attire and assisting the bride-to-be during
the portrait session
Attend final seamstress appointment to discuss bustling needs of bride with seamstress
Review and coordinate rehearsal and ceremony with officiates, wedding party, and vendors
Attend rehearsal
Wedding Day Activities
Decorate the Ceremony and Reception locations (Day before is IDEAL for this)
Assist bride, groom, and bridal party
Coordinate all of wedding day activities
Organize and set up any photos, meal place cards, bridal portrait, goblets, cake cutting items, guest book, and pen at ceremony and/or reception.
Distribute (and pin) wedding flowers of wedding party & Family members
Bustle wedding gown after weddings and photos
Oversee venue set up to ensure that setting is laid out in keeping with couple's wishes
Coordinate with wedding day vendors (and assist them, if needed)
Organize and set up any photos, meal place cards, bridal portrait, goblets, cake cutting items, guest book, and pen at ceremony and/or reception.
Set-up and tear-down of rental pieces
Deliver drinks and snack trays to bridal party prior to event (cost of items to be
incurred by client)
Follow through during ceremony and reception to ensure that timeline is followed according to plan
Coordinate all reception activities
Troubleshoot when needed
After Ceremony Activities
Transport needed items from ceremony to reception (up to three floral arrangements)
Distribute tossing items and line up guests for your departure
Load gifts and keepsakes left after reception in designated car
Attend reception and ensure clean up is completed by vendors
Deliver wedding gown to cleaners or other desired location
