Our “Budget HOME Wedding" Package supports couples on a very limited budget for a HOME wedding! We help make your special day happen using OUR wedding décor in stock along with managing the important details of your HOME DREAM WEDDING by helping you coordinate the best wedding and reception that you CAN afford! PLUS, WE provide options for a REAL reception that you can do for little and/or almost no cost!
From wedding ceremony & reception decorating, white chairs, etiquette to troubleshooting any problems which may arise, we are available to make your day sparkle.
Pre-Wedding Activities
• Initial consultation with bride and groom to determine dreams
and expectations
• Plan Décor for wedding and reception with our in stock wedding décor
• Design ceremony and reception room layouts (with up to 50 chairs)
• Prepare a timeline of events for the ceremony and reception
• Make suggestions of wedding day itinerary for the couple, wedding party, family, and vendors/Volunteers
• Confirm wedding day vendors/Volunteers
• Follow-up with vendors/Volunteers on any changes of wedding plans and details
• Review and coordinate rehearsal and ceremony with officiates, & wedding party
Wedding Day Activities
• Set-up & Decorate the Ceremony and Reception locations (Day before is IDEAL for this)
• Assist bride, groom, and bridal party
• Coordinate all of wedding day activities
• Organize and set up any photos, meal place cards, bridal portrait, goblets, cake cutting items, guest book, and pen at ceremony and/or reception.
• Distribute (and pin) wedding flowers of wedding party & Family members
• Bustle wedding gown after wedding and photos
• Follow through during ceremony and reception to ensure that timeline is followed according to plan
• Troubleshoot when needed
After Ceremony Activities
• Distribute tossing items and line up guests for your departure
• Load gifts and keepsakes after reception into designated car
• Take down and undecorated
