You will receive a suite of personalized services that are for couples that want the complete DREAM WEDDING package.  Our professional wedding consultants work diligently with you to ensure that every detail you can imagine is carefully attended to, along with managing ALL the in-house venders along with all important elements of your wedding day by coordinating the best wedding and reception to the last detail… 

 

·   Chapel, Reception Hall and Outside Patio (10 hours)  $3400

 

Wedding planning  & coordinating (Below details all included)  $1500

  (A $500 Savings)

  *Décor & Accent lighting for Bridal Table, Buffet & Cake tables, and lighted Arches

  *Preparation & Set-up

      * Initial consultation with bride and groom to determine dreams and expectations

      * Design ceremony and reception room layouts
  * Prepare a timeline of events for the ceremony and reception

      * Decorate the Ceremony and Reception  

      * Assist bride, groom, and bridal party

      * Coordinate all of wedding day activities
  * Organize and set up any photos, meal place cards, bridal portrait, goblets, cake cutting items,    

         guest book, and pen at ceremony and/or reception.

      * Distribute (and pin) wedding flowers of wedding party & Family members
  * Bustle wedding gown after wedding and photos
  * Oversee venue set up to ensure that setting is laid out in keeping with couple's wishes
  * Follow through during ceremony and reception to ensure that timeline is followed according to

         Your plan.
  * Troubleshoot as needed

* Wedding Program (Design, preparation and printing)

 

·   Flowers-  The Glass Fountain Classic ROSES Package- Bridal Bouquet, 5 Bridesmaid Bouquets, Groom’s Boutonnière, 5 Groomsmen Boutonnieres, 6 family Corsages, 6 family Boutonnieres, bag of rose petals, mini bouquet of roses, 2 Altar Arrangements, Sign-In Arrangement,

·   Table Linens- Texas Party Rentals (tables w/overlays, chair sashes & color choice)  $350

 

·   Cake-  Erin’s Custom Cakes (Deluxe 3 tier wedding design)  $275
